• How does SPHINX Online work?

The questionnaire template is developed before the survey begins so that it can be tested to avoid data entry errors. This ensures perfect data entry quality in a short time. 

After validation of the questionnaire template, different interviewers are responsible for administering the questionnaires to the target audience. The survey can be distributed via different channels to improve the return rate: online (emails or posts on social networks), in person or by phone (calls or SMS). The questionnaire is targeted and guided in order to collect accurate and exhaustive data.

Thanks to SHINX Online, the mission's project managers have permanent monitoring of their interviewers thanks to a platform for managing the distribution of questionnaires and tracking responses, offering live statistics on administration methods (time of administration, response rate, etc.). 

Once the number of responses required by the client has been reached, the data is cross-referenced and fully analysed by the project managers using the Dataviv' module. The results of the survey are then delivered to the client in a technical synthesis with explanatory graphics.
