Training on the consulting profession by Talent Acquisition Specialists from SiaPartners

In March 2021, the project Managers of ESCP Junior had the chance to benefit from a recruitment training by SiaPartners' Talent Acquisition Specialists to join the consulting firm SiaPartners. Two Talent Acquisition Specialists introduced the prestigious firm before going into detail about the recruitment process. Three main topics were discussed:
- The specificities of SiaPartners
- How to prepare your applications ? the Do's and Don't on CVs
- How to succeed in your HR interview?

A trully enriching exchange that allowed us to learn more about the consulting profession.
