A mission in Business Strategy for a tech company

For this mission, we were three to help the startup studio “Goodwave” develop its business strategy.

Goodwave gathers experienced entrepreneurs that have brought together designers, product managers, developers, and growth hackers with the mission of getting startups and innovative products (apps, software, marketplaces...) off the ground, following the "lean methodology".  As such, they are working on several digital services, which will soon be commercialised.  To do this, they needed to develop a commercial strategy and a sales pitch.

Therefore, our first mission with them was to help them establish a business strategy by identifying the acquisition and sales approach that fits the target and the nature of each service. In total, we have worked on four of their innovative products. The sales pitch we developed will be used for their websites’ content and their sales decks. As such, we produced strategic recommendations and sales pitch for each of their services.

Our clients accompanied us throughout these processes and provided us with templates, presented best practices to frame our thinking, and they continuously exchanged with us to refine our result.

With my colleagues, we first proceeded by performing a market study and evaluated their competitors to understand which competitive advantage they could leverage. From this, we could find the persona to target for these companies and develop a unique sales pitch for their websites.
