The recruitment process of ESCP Junior Consulting consists of three main steps.
If you are interested in joining us, here are a few tips:
- First, as for every job, you will be required to send an e-mail to our head of HR, Jade Decroix (jade.decroix@edu.escp.eu), stating your intention and attaching your CV and Cover Letter.
- After a diligent evaluation, if selected, you will be invited to do a 30-minutes interview. It consists of a fit part and a more technical part. During this step, we will assess your motivation, personality and, reasoning skills through short case studies.
- The final process will be articulated in three parts. Initially, you will attend a presentation regrouping the whole team, explaining the mission and values of ESCP Junior Consulting but also the role and responsibilities of a project manager as well as all the details needed to complete the application process.
Arrived at this point, you will have a couple of days to perform market research and present the results in a creative way on an assigned topic. Evaluating this will show us your ability to collect information in a short time and make them clear to third parties.
Once this is done, we will team you up with another candidate. Starting from that moment quickness to operate and communication skills will be crucial. A member of the Junior Consulting group will pretend to be a real client that you will have to contact for the given project. During this call, you will have to understand their needs and write them a Letter of Mission (LoM). The LoM sums up all the critical points you will be covering during the job and, it is something that our society does every time a client requests our service. Once the client signs the LoM, you will have a contract and from that moment the real work can start.
This project will consist in performing the client assignment and it will need to be completed within a week.
Upon completion of this last step, you will receive feedback and potentially a job offer at ESCP Junior Consulting!
