SPHINX Online is a professional questionnaire administration software used by many consultancies for market research or satisfaction surveys. It allows guided and optimised data entry as well as quick and efficient analysis of the collected responses.
- How does SPHINX Online work?
The questionnaire template is developed before the survey begins so that it can be tested to avoid data entry errors. This ensures perfect and swift data entry.
After validating with you the questionnaire template, different interviewers are responsible for administering the survey to the target audience. The survey can be distributed through different channels to improve the return rate: online (emails or posts on social networks), in person or by phone (calls or SMS). The questionnaire is targeted and guided in order to collect accurate and exhaustive data.
Thanks to SPHINX Online, our project managers can supervise their interviewers. It provides a platform for managing the distribution of questionnaires and tracking responses, offering live statistics on the management of the survey (duration of each interview, response rate, etc.).
Once the number of responses required by the client has been reached, the data is cross-referenced and fully analysed by the project managers using the Dataviv' module. The results of the survey are then delivered to the client in a technical synthesis with explanatory graphics.
