Get a personalised business plan to assess the potential profitability of your business project

The business plan is of crucial importance in that it must enable the company to develop its business vision. The business plan is structured in 3 phases: the tactical vision, the operational vision and the financial vision of your project.

The tactical vision is a preliminary market study, including a competitive analysis, a SWOT analysis and a positioning study. This preliminary study allows you to determine the strength of your business model and to find out more about the feasibility of your project.
The operational vision aims to identify the marketing and commercial levers of your project: validation of pricing, estimation of sales and market share, calculation of break-even points, definition of distribution channels, etc.
The financial vision consists of an analysis of the sources of value and an estimate of your future financial results (EBITDA margin, free cash flow, projected income statements, etc.). It forms the basis of the investor's valuation. At the end of this last phase, we will be able to tell you the financial potential of your project and its capital requirements.
The deliverables that we give you at the end of the mission are the result of these successive stages. They consist of the following elements

1 Word document which constitutes the Business Plan as such
