#5 - Our conclusions and recommendations : the final meeting

Our final meeting: the fifth and last step of every mission. It is essential to ensure its smooth and seamless completion.

 

After having worked in close collaboration with you for weeks, we hand you the deliverables as stated in the Letter of Mission.

 

Nonetheless, at ESCP Junior Consulting we consider that our mission ends when we have made sure that the deliverables are crystal-clear for you. That’s why we will always insist on organizing a meeting with your team a few days after handing you the deliverables.


The main goal of the meeting? Give you a better understanding of our written report, answer any subsequent questions and share our feedback on the mission. It is also a way for us to collect feedback on our work, in a perspective of continuous improvement.

Why a few days later? Because we want to make sure you can read the deliverables thoroughly and come to the meeting with all the questions that have arisen in your mind.

Given the sanitary crisis, those meetings mostly happen over Zoom but if the situation allows it, we are more than happy to do this presentation in your own office.

In a nutshell

ESCP Junior Consulting is at your disposal to present you the conclusions and strategic recommendations that result from the mission. We are also here to clarify any doubt you could have concerning the deliverables.
